In consideration of and as a strict condition of my participation in this event, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, do hereby waive and release all rights, claims, demands, and or causes of actions against the TUNA $TAKES, its related and affiliated companies and their respective officers, board members, agents and employees and all organizers, sponsors and operators of this event, jointly and separately or their successors, for personal injuries which I might sustain during this event, immediately known to me and hereafter discovered, and for any and all damages and losses which I might incur, now or in the future, arising from or out of my participation in this event.

It is the responsibility of the angler to be aware of any current Federal or State regulations regarding the catching of boating of all Species.  No prizes will be awarded to any angler for any species not in compliance with the tournament rules.  The entire staff of the Tuna $takes will not be responsible for any fine or penalty incurred by any angler who boats a fish which does not comply with federal and state regulations.

The Tuna $takes Invitational, Chef Lenny’s Enterprises, Sea Tow, Leonard John Strobel, Trump Marina Associates LLC, d/b/a Trump Marina Hotel Casino, Farley State Marina, Hoffman’s Marina and its’ Affiliates will assume no responsibilities for any loss, injury or damage incurred while fishing or participating in this Tournament.
The undersigned agrees to be bound by, and will abide by the official tournament rules as they have been provided already in the brochure amended.
